Emanuel J Comino OAM, founder and chairman of the International Organising Committee - Australia for the Restitution of the Parthenon Marbles (est. 1981), recently made history when he presented the case of the return of the Parthenon Marbles to Greece at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, in the Hague, Netherlands.
